Administration Assistant
We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to work for the WW Martin Group. The position will be based across two offices located in Ramsgate and Minster.
The right person for the role will be organised, have excellent communication and computer skills, along with a positive attitude.
Job Description
- Creating new job folders
- Creating site progress folders
- Book in site set-ups
- Tracking hired-in plant and stock on sites
- Keeping job number records up to date
- Submit material requests from site staff to buyers
- Collate and file purchase orders
- Stock takes
- Update PAT test schedules and book in dates for testing
- Carry out fire alarm tests and keep records up to date
- Issuing current hire lists
- General filling and record keeping
