Contract Award - Thanet Affordable Housing Programme
We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by Thanet District Council this month to deliver much needed affordable homes in Thanet.
Phase 1 of the Thanet District Council Affordable Homes Programme worth approximately £2.5million, will start on site in early 2018.
The redevelopment will include five sites within the established residential area of Margate and St. Peters, Broadstairs and will provide 11 units consisting of a mixture of flats, houses and bungalows delivered to the HCA Design Standards and Lifetime Homes standards.
The sites include:
- Perkins Avenue, Margate
- Norman Road, St Peters
- Prince Andrew Road (Site A)
- Prince Andrew Road (Site B)
- Princess Anne Road
As a locally based contractor, we are extremely pleased to have been awarded this contract and look forward to working with Thanet District Council in 2018.
