Contract Award - Seabrook Road, Sandgate

We are very pleased to announce that we have commenced work on site after securing the contract to delivery a striking new residential project between the coastal towns of Hythe and Sandgate.

Working with GDM Architects this will be a unique development of 10 apartments for private sale located on Seabrook Road, Sandgate. The project will be delivered across four levels, designed and constructed to the highest of quality standards to suit the needs of modern living. The apartments will benefit from a southerly elevated position, with panoramic views over Princes Parade and the sea.

During the delivery stage, careful consideration will given to minimise the impact of the works to local residents, as well as The Royal Military Canal and Hythe Imperial Golf Course.
