Contract Award - Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy
We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract by Kent County Council to deliver a new standalone sixth form building at Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy in Dartford, Kent, and have now commenced construction works on site.
The project comprises a two-storey, free-standing new build facility designed to support the academy's expansion and provide dedicated sixth form teaching and social spaces. The development has been progressed through RIBA Stage 4, with planning approval secured prior to the commencement of works.
The new building will provide a range of modern teaching environments alongside a dedicated sixth form social area, complete with a grab-and-go servery. External works also form an important part of the scheme, including enhancements to surrounding areas and the creation of improved pedestrian routes linking the new facility with the wider school campus.
We look forward to working closely with Leigh Academies Trust, Kent County Council and the wider project team to deliver a high-quality learning environment that will support students for years to come.
