Contract Award - St Mildred's Court, Canterbury

Our Special Projects team have secured a contract for East Kent Housing to undertake repair work to St Mildred's Court in Canterbury.

Located on a busy road in Canterbury City centre, works are being carefully planned to avoid disruption to the local roadways and local businesses.

The main aspect of the works at St Mildred's Court involve undertaking extensive external timber repairs to the significant number of timber balconies on the building.
