Contract Award - The Pig in The Club
The grand estate is undergoing a multi-million
pound refurbishment to turn it into an up market hotel.
The Grade I-listed Jacobean mansion, located in Bridge on the outskirts of Canterbury, will
have the addition of a new linked coach house with 10 bedrooms and seven ‘hop
pickers’ huts, made from reclaimed material from an island within the grounds,
with the restoration of the gate house providing two more rooms.
The new coach house will also feature a conservatory restaurant with open kitchen and views on to the kitchen gardens with an existing barn will be converted into a kitchen larder.
