Virtual Tour of the newly remodelled Emergency Department at QEQM, Margate

Following the completion of Phase 1 of a multi-million-pound expansion project for East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) at the end of last year, we are very pleased to share an exciting insight into the project.

To help showcase the newly remodelled and refurbished Emergency Department at QEQM, Margate, we have produced an interactive 3D model to best view the extensive new facilities.

The project, designed by HMY Architects and delivered by our team in partnership with 2Gether Support Solutions, is hugely impressive. The much-needed new space shown here was made possible through the excellent teamwork and coordination with all parties concerned, with an incredibly complex access way created through the existing live hospital building to infill a large internal courtyard on the hospital site.
