Work experience student gains hands-on experience at Thanet District Council affordable housing sites

We were delighted to welcome local student Luke for a work experience placement last week, where he supported our Site Management teams on our Thanet District Council Phase 4 Affordable Housing sites at Tomlin Drive and Dane Valley Arms in Margate.

Throughout the week, Luke demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm, commitment, and a strong willingness to learn. He gained valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of a busy construction site, embracing every opportunity to develop his skills. With a keen interest in pursuing a career in bricklaying, Luke took full advantage of the placement to further his knowledge and contribute to the project, through engaging with our group companies East Kent Brickwork and WWM Civils.

We wish Luke every success as he completes his studies and we hope his work experience placement with us is a valuable stepping stone towards achieving his career aspirations.
