New Contract Award - Charlotte Ct, Royal Sea Bathing Hospital, Margate

We are extremely pleased to announce that we have secured a new contract to complete the construction and fitting out 67nr apartments for Harriss Properties at the Royal Sea Bathing Hospital site in Margate.

The works comprise of the completion of the envelope and structure together with fitting out to Charlotte Court.

The £4.5 million project will be complete in 12 months.

Construction will commence in March 2013.
