New Contract Award - Phase 4a & 4b Kings Hill
We are extremely pleased to announce that we have now started work on the next phase at Kings Hill for Environ Country Homes (South East) Ltd
"The Manor" scheme comprises the construction of 6nr apartments and 4nr semi detached houses and "Keepers Court" is the construction of 8nr detached properties.
Work has commenced on site with an expected completion in April 2014.
The overall value is in the region of £3.50m and follows previous schemes undertaken by WW Martin on the Oaks Hamlet development.
