New Contract Award - Tyler Court, UKC
We are extremely pleased to announce that we have secured a Summer Works Contract with University of Kent.
The works comprise of Refurbishment to Student Accommodation of 189 bedrooms, 24 kitchens and communal spaces together with associated external works at Tyler Court A.
The £2 million project will be completed in 13 weeks.
Construction will commence Mid June 2013.
