New Project - Sail & Colour Loft, University of Kent, Historic Chatham Dockyard

WW Martin have secured the project to carry out the conversion and refurbishment of the ground, first and second floors of the Sail and Colour Loft at the Historic Chatham Dockyard to provide teaching rooms, break outs and WC's for the Kent Business School.

Working again for University of Kent, the project is in excess of £1.0m and is due for completion in August 2015
