New Project - Thanet District Council Voids
We are very pleased to have been awarded two packages by Thanet District Council to refurbishment and upgrade 9 council owned properties ready for new tenants. Works will include new kitchens and bathrooms, mechanical and electrical upgrades, decorations and new flooring.
