New Project - Yarrow Building, East Kent College, Broadstairs
WW Martin are delighted to be part of the conversion and refurbishment of the Grade II listed disused Yarrow Building in Broadstairs. This will provide a 4 star hotel training facility with 30 bedroom accommodation, restaurant, gym and spa including canteen/kitchen area and offices.
Construction value in excess of £4.0m.
