Project Progress - Oscar Innovation Centre

We are making excellent progress on site at Oscar Acoustics new headquarters office and warehouse in Rochester, as we move into the final few months of the build.

This week the first floor windows are being fitted in the main building, bringing a light and airy feel to the interior and transforming the look of the exterior.

Installation of the electrical supply is almost complete, with interior decoration and the installation of flooring to follow.

Over the next few weeks curtain walling and louvre doors will be installed, completing the exterior of the building.

In the main warehouse, Oscar Acoustic’s own acoustic spray has been installed, effectively showcasing their product.

Externally, we are working hard on drainage, ductwork and forming walls. Once completed, we will begin creating the car park area to the front of the building.

Once complete, the project will provide architectural acoustic experts Oscar Acoustics with a new state-of-the-art headquarters with a focus on sustainability, featuring open-plan workspaces alongside a showroom displaying the company’s products in a finished environment.
