Project Progress - The Lock, Yalding
Despite the wet and windy weather, works are moving ahead at ‘The Lock’ in Yalding for the development of 16 new homes adjacent to Hampstead Marina, Yalding, Kent.
Internally, works have progressed well with the underfloor heating, first fix plumbing, electrical and carpentry installed to each of the new homes.
External works are also progressing well with the roofing works very nearly complete, and the installation of the windows, glazed external tiling, Juliet balconies and Larch Cladding all scheduled for completion in the coming weeks in accordance with our programme for the works.
