A special moment on site at Poppy Fields, Ramsgate

We were delighted to be part of a very special occasion last week, on site at our exciting new residential development ‘Poppy Fields’ for Orbit Homes in Ramsgate, where we are working in partnership to provide high quality affordable housing.

Sean, a new Orbit Homes customer, worked in secret with Orbit Homes Sales Manager Geraldine, and WW Martin Site Manager Peter, to help surprise his wife Helen by facilitating the handover of their new property on the weekend of her 40^th birthday.

Geraldine arranged for the couple to attend site on Friday 28^th July under the pretext of discussing the timeline for their completion and handover – only for Helen to be surprised with a cake, champagne, flowers, and the wonderful gift of keys to their new home several months earlier than she expected!

Geraldine said: “It was such a pleasure to be able to help this lovely couple with the buying process of their new home, and we were delighted to be able to help Sean arrange this fantastic surprise in time for his wife’s special birthday.”

We wish them every happiness in their beautiful new home.
