Celebrating our Teynham Primary School project at the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Awards
We were proud to attend the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Awards 2025, where our Teynham Parochial Church of England Primary School project, completed earlier this year, was named a Finalist for Construction Project of the Year.
Delivered for Kent County Council, the redevelopment has created a high-quality, modern learning environment that supports outstanding teaching for 420 pupils and 30 pre-school children. The new facilities provide bright, flexible spaces designed around the needs of staff and pupils, helping the school deliver the best possible education for the local community. The project is also the first KCC school to achieve net zero operational carbon, reinforcing the long-term sustainability of the site.
Thank you to KCC, Bailey Partnership, Woodley Coles and our Kent-based supply chain for their collaboration in delivering such an important community asset. Alongside the construction, we supported apprenticeships, work placements and training opportunities, and worked with the school to deliver social value initiatives, including pupil design engagement and sustainability-focused activities.
It was great to celebrate at Westenhanger Castle, and congratulations to all the businesses recognised on the night. A special mention to our charity partner Hypo Hounds, who won Innovative Business of the Year 2025 for their incredible, life-changing work.
