Celebrating the opening of the RISE Hub, Margate

We were pleased to join Thanet District Council, its RISE team, councillors and officers, including Bob Porter, Director of Place, and Cllr Helen Whitehead, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Housing, alongside East Thanet MP Polly Billington, for the official opening of the RISE Hub.

Our refurbishment has created a permanent base for the council’s RISE (Rough Sleeping, Intervention, Support & Empowerment) service, providing modern office accommodation and an eight-bedroom shared living facility for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The hub brings accommodation and specialist support together in one location, helping vulnerable people rebuild their lives and work towards long-term stability.

We are proud to have delivered this project for Thanet District Council and wish the RISE team every success.
