Congratulations to Charles Dobson

Congratulations to Charles Dobson on being admitted to the Chartered Institute of Building as a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), a well-deserved professional achievement.

Over recent years, Charles has worked across a number of sites, playing a key role on several framework contracts and contributing to the successful delivery of projects for Kent County Council and East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. Most recently, he has been involved with the delivery of the Teynham Parochial Primary School and the Emergency Department extension at the QEQM Hospital, Margate.

Charles is currently managing the works on site at William Harvey Hospital, delivering the Same Day Emergency Care project, further demonstrating his professionalism, leadership, and experience within complex healthcare environments.

Charles was presented with his certificate by Darren Offen MCIOB, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, who has worked closely with Charles and supported his professional development.

This achievement reflects Charles’ ongoing commitment to high standards in construction management and is one the business is pleased to recognise.
