Congratulations to our Technical Co-ordinator Joshua King

Congratulations to Joshua King, who has completed his Business Administrator Apprenticeship with WW Martin with a Distinction.

Joshua, who was recently a finalist in the EKAA 2023 Awards Business Management and Administration Apprentice of the Year, is a committed and valuable member of our team. He began his apprenticeship with WW Martin in 2022, and has consistently demonstrated a positive attitude, technical ability and determination to learn, always working hard to maximise his apprenticeship opportunity.

Joshua has been instrumental in introducing improvements to several key functions in the business including training senior staff members on new software programs, implementing improved work processes and communication methods, and ultimately driving efficiencies in our administrative and technical teams.

Here at WW Martin we have a long history of supporting and training apprentices, with a number of our staff having progressed through the route. Our very successful Employment, Training and Apprenticeship Programme (EATP) creates and provides opportunities for a whole host of different people, working closely with East Kent College, Education Business Partnership (EBP) and a number of local schools.

Congratulations Joshua, we are all very proud of your wonderful achievement and look forward to watching you progress your career as part of the WW Martin team.
