Contract Award - Harrietsham CEPS, Maidstone

As an approved main contractor partner for Kent County Council, we are very pleased to have secured a new Design & Build contract at Harrietsham Church of England Primary School.

Working closely with the KCC project team and the appointed consultants HMY Architects and CTP Engineers, we will be undertaking the construction works to increase the school from a 1FE (Form Entry) to a 2FE school.

When complete, the construction works will provide additional space to accommodate 6 general teaching classrooms, a group room, new offices, welfare facilities, and general ancillary space.

We will also be undertaking all associated external works including hard and soft landscaping so as to sensitively incorporate the new building on the current school site.
