Contract Award - Heath Close

We are pleased to announce the award of a new contract to deliver a residential development at Heath Close, Swanley, on behalf of West Kent Housing Association.

The project, which commenced on site this month, will replace 18 outdated temporary homes with 22 modern, permanent family homes, providing high-quality accommodation designed to meet current living and sustainability standards.

The development will comprise 16 houses and 6 apartments, including a mix of three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments, with one home specifically designed for wheelchair users. Every property will benefit from private outdoor space, alongside a communal open space for residents.

All homes will be net-zero carbon ready, offering excellent energy efficiency and supporting reduced energy costs for residents. The scheme represents a significant step forward in delivering sustainable, high-quality housing while enhancing the local environment and providing long-term homes for families in the Swanley area.
