Contract Award - MEMS Power Generation, Gillingham

We are delighted to have been appointed to build a new combined office and warehouse facility at MEMS Power Generation in Gillingham.

The high quality headquarters office will offer up-to-date office facilities, both open plan and cellular. It will also include impressive meeting rooms, washrooms, canteen, storage, archive space, and IT facilities.

The warehouse facilities will offer substantial space for storage.

The first floor contains a link which allows the upper floor to be easily accessed from the upper site areas.

This project will develop a brownfield site, removing redundant structures and replacing them with a high quality modern building. The finished scheme will achieve excellent environmental standards, with solar panels, energy efficient heating and ventilation systems, and low energy LED lighting throughout.
