Contract Award - New offices for Kent County Council, The Avenue of Remembrance, Sittingbourne

As an approved contractor on the Kent County Council framework agreement, we are delighted to have secured this significant new office refurbishment contract

The works involve the extensive refurbishment of the KCC offices located on The Avenue of Remembrance, in Sittingbourne Kent to create a new modern office space for the Council.

The works are to be carried out under KCC's 'New Ways of Working Programme' , with these offices, designated a 'Key Office Hub' aimed at supporting and improving operational Social Care delivery.

This is one of two contracts we have successfully secured under a competitive tender environment for the Council this month.
