Contract Award - The Bread Factory

WW Martin are delighted to announce that following the successful completion of the first phase of The Flour Mill, Ramsgate development, we have secured a further contract to deliver Phase II, The Bread Factory.

Working in partnership with our client Harriss Developments Ltd and architect GPM2, works have started on site in earnest.

Worth in the region of £7million, Phase II of the development will involve the construction of 22 apartments and 15 houses including all associated highways, drainage, retaining walls, landscaping and hard standing.

Our work on site at the Bread Factory highlights our continuing excellent relationship with Harriss Developments Ltd for who we have now delivered a number of other successful developments.
