Contract Award - The Qube

We have been awarded the prestigious contract for the conversion of the former Qube Night club, St Radigunds Road, Dover into 27 apartments.

The building, a former malt house dating back to 1880, has had many uses over the years from a snooker hall to a Night Club. More recently, permission has been granted to transform the now abandoned building into 27 apartments for private sale comprising of a mix of one, two and three bedrooms properties.

Each level of the building will be converted so as to form 9 residential units with the internal layouts being worked around the lines of structural columns and existing structure so as to simplify the design and build whilst retaining the internal features. Extensive decorative landscaping and car parking works will also be undertaken to deliver this exciting new development.
