Contract Award - Town & Country Housing Group - Construction Development Partner

Following an extensive public procurement process in the Summer 2017, we are very pleased to announce that we have been successfully appointed by Monson Homes / Town & Country Housing Group (TCHG) as their sole Construction Development Partner.

Our role as TCHG's partner will see us work closely with the leading Housing Association in Wealden and Kent to develop opportunities and deliver their construction works for new build residential schemes moving forward.

The first scheme to be delivered has already been identified and is scheduled to start on site in early 2018. This project will involve the delivery of 40 new homes on land adjacent to Hailsham Road in Herstmonceaux. Further details about this project will be added to our website soon.
