Contract Award - Trade Units, Altira Park, Herne Bay

We are delighted to have been awarded the contract to build another phase of development at Altira Park, Herne Bay.

This contract, for our long-standing client Altira Park JV LLP, follows the two previous phases of industrial units that we have delivered in recent years at the same site in Herne Bay, located just off of the A299 Thanet Way.

With works commencing on site in late 2022, this phase of development will include the design and construction of four industrial trade units, together with all associated external works.
