Contract Completion - St Peters House, Broadstairs

We are very pleased to complete the refurbishment of the existing 2-storey offices at St Peters House in Broadstairs to provide Kent County Council with new office space.

The works involved the extensive refurbishment of the KCC offices to create a new modern office space for the Council, involving brand new open plan offices, with all the facilities needed to help towards producing a more efficient way of working.

We have worked closely with Clague Architects to deliver this excellent new office under KCC's 'New Ways of Working Programme' with these offices, designated a 'Key Office Hub' aimed at supporting and improving operational Social Care delivery.

Following a Health & Safety Awards ceremony hosted by H&K Safety Services, this project achieved ‘Excellence Award’ for the category of ‘Large Refurbishment project’
