LABC South East Regional Awards - Maurice House

The success of Maurice House, a new 30 bed care home completed by WW Martin for the Royal British Legion, was recognised in the South East Local Authority Building Control (LABC) 2017 Awards, held on Friday 23rd June 2017.

The LABC South East Awards aim to highlight the excellent building practices being carried out by construction professionals across the region, and focus on those projects which have overcome technical and practical problems to produce great buildings and good compliance with the building regulations.

With over 50,000 Building Regulation applications covering the South East region, we were proud that Maurice House was named as a 'Finalist' in the category of ‘Best Inclusive Building’ and 'Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development' and was the sole finalist for Thanet District Council.
