Landscaping works at the RISE Homelessness Accommodation project

Representatives from our team, Thanet District Council, RISE, Modus, Wilson & Partners LLP and GPM2 Design came togetheryesterday to undertake the final external landscaping works at the RISE Homelessness Accommodation project in Grosvenor Place, Margate.

The project, which is now nearing completion, will provide a permanent base for Thanet District Council's RISE (Rough Sleeping, Intervention, Support & Empowerment) service, creating modern office accommodation and an eight-bedroom shared living facility for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Together, the team rolled up their sleeves to complete the landscaping works, helping to create a welcoming and attractive outdoor environment. The initiative reflected the collaborative approach that has underpinned the project from the outset, with everyone involved sharing a commitment to delivering the best possible outcome for the RISE service and the local community.
