New Homes at Cottington Road nearing completion
Construction on site at Cottington Road is nearing completion with the majority of the new homes on the North site soon ready for prospective home owners.
The finishing touches are being made to the 41 news homes on the North site and works to the 23 new homes on the South site are also progressing well and will also soon be ready for occupation.
The Sales Home is open and available for viewing with high levels of demand for the site which provides a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties, which comprise a mix of shared ownership and social rent.
