Opening of 'The Lock' Show Home

We are excited to announce that last weekend marked the opening of 'The Lock' Show Home, our second project with TG Designer Homes following the successful delivery of 24 new homes in Woodnesborough, Kent in 2016.

We are currently developing the site of 14 semi-detached and 2 detached houses alongside beautifully landscaped common land including a small park / play area for communal use. The exciting new development of 16 houses is set adjacent to Hampstead Marina and Lock. With the houses being contemporary in design with a mixed use of materials from bricks to wood cladding.

When fully complete, the development will offer a good mix of high quality new homes with excellent transport links and picturesque views over Hampstead Marina, commonly known as 'The Island' which is considered one of the prettiest non-tidal marinas in Southern England.
