Progress Update - Clements Road, Ramsgate
Work continues on nine new self-contained flats at Clements Road, Ramsgate, part of Thanet District Council’s Phase 4 Affordable Homes Programme. This scheme will provide four 1-bedroom and five 2-bedroom units, contributing to the delivery of 49 homes across four key locations.
Scaffolding has now been erected to support ongoing roof construction, marking an important stage in the project.
