Progress Update - Dane Valley Arms, Margate

Construction is progressing well at the Dane Valley Arms site, where we are delivering new affordable homes on behalf of Thanet District Council.

This development features a four-storey building with seven 1-bedroom and six 2-bedroom flats, alongside four 3-bedroom semi-detached houses. As part of Phase 4 of the Affordable Homes Programme, it contributes to the delivery of 49 new homes across four key locations in Thanet.

The second level of the main building is now underway, marking a significant milestone in the project.
