Progress Update: Dane Valley Arms & Tomlin Drive

We are pleased to share an update on the progress being made at Dane Valley Arms and Tomlin Drive in Margate, with both sites now nearing completion.

These developments form part of Phase 4 of Thanet District Council's Affordable Homes Programme, which will deliver 49 new houses across four strategic sites in Thanet, helping to meet the housing needs of local individuals and families.
