Progress Update - Staner Court, Ramsgate
Following our updates on the Tomlin Drive, Dane Valley Arms and Clements Road sites, we are pleased to also share the latest progress photos at Staner Court, Ramsgate. This construction of eleven new family homes is part of Thanet District Council’s Phase 4 Affordable Homes Programme, providing a total of 49 new homes across four key sites in Thanet.
Construction milestones include:
- Blocks C & D – now reaching the second floor.
- Block B – scaffolding progressing in preparation for the next construction stages.
- Block A – initial construction commenced.
We look forward to providing further updates as work continues on site.
