Project Award - Altira Business Park
Works at Altira Park, Herne Bay are for the delivery of Units 9 & 10. The project consists off the construction of 2 No steel framed Light Industrial/ Warehouse Units, formation of a new access road, forecourts and footpaths as well as associated soft landscaping, lighting and fencing.
These new units mark part of the ongoing development of Altira Park which is set to offer some 30 acres of high quality business space.
The site is situated 7 miles North of Canterbury and 20/25 miles East of Sittingbourne, and benefits from excellent transport links to London and Dover.
