Contract Award - Costa Coffee

We are delighted to have been awarded the contract for the construction of a new Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Minster Thanet.

The new building will form part of the current roadside site servicing the many people stopping in the area to use the roadside facilities off the busy A299.

The works comprise the construction of a new standalone unit with a total gross internal area of approximately 1,800 sq ft, 31 car parking spaces and bicycle spaces, associated external works, drainage, site lighting and landscaping.

Although the design follows the standard Costa model, certain elements have been amended to ensure the building fits in with its surroundings with materials chosen to integrate the building into the rural location whilst maintaining the Costa Drive thru image.

The new development will generate tangible benefits such as enhancing the services already on offer, supporting the vitality and function of the wider site and generating jobs for the local and wider area.
