Project Completion - Barnfield Road industrial units, Folkestone

We are delighted to have successfully handed over this project to our client.

This light industrial development is located within the Park Farm Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Folkestone, and comprises five buildings subdivided into a total of 30 units, with associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure.

The simple, industrial-styled units have been designed to be adaptable for a range of uses, aiming at occupancy by growing and start-up businesses. Sustainability has been a focus, with every unit having access to an EV charger and features included on site to encourage the nesting of wildlife, including a bug hotel, bird and bat boxes, and hedgehog houses.

The completed scheme has regenerated a parcel of land which sat disused for several years, promoting economic growth by creating employment and providing sought-after flexible business accommodation .

This contract is the latest in a number of similar industrial schemes we have completed over the last two years, including our schemes at Javelin Way in Ashford, Altira Park in Herne Bay, and Pickerings and DOKA UK at Eurolink Industrial Estate in Sittingbourne.
