Project Completion: Clements Road, Ramsgate

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our project at Clements Road, Ramsgate, delivering nine new self-contained apartments as part of Thanet District Council's Affordable Homes Programme.

The scheme has transformed a constrained brownfield site within an established residential area, requiring careful planning, close coordination with stakeholders and sensitive management of construction activities throughout every stage of delivery.

The development comprises a mix of four one-bedroom and five two-bedroom flats, providing high-quality, energy-efficient homes to meet local housing needs.

Clements Road is one of four sites being redeveloped across Thanet as part of Phase 4 of the programme and is our most recent completion, following Staner Court in Ramsgate. Both schemes form part of a wider contract to deliver 49 affordable homes across four sites in Thanet.

All homes achieve an EPC A rating and incorporate low-carbon technologies to help reduce running costs and support long-term sustainability for residents.

Social value was a key focus throughout the project, with support for local employment and close collaboration with the local community and project partners.

As a local business, we are delighted to have contributed to the regeneration of this brownfield site and look forward to sharing details of the remaining two sites in the coming weeks as they reach completion.
