Project Completion - Cottington Road, Cliffsend

We are very pleased to share some photos of our residential development delivered in partnership with Orbit Homes, a project which was successfully completed in the summer and is now fully occupied.

Following the identification of the site and the successful acquisition of the land in partnership with Orbit, we worked closely with our appointed architect partner, OSG Architecture, to achieve a detailed planning consent for 64 new homes.

Delivered across two sites adjacent to each other, comprising 41 homes and 23 homes respectively, the site provides a good mix of two-, three- and four-bed houses, as well as a small number of one- and two-bed apartments.

All new homes were available for either Shared Ownership or Social Rent as part of a 100% affordable site delivered by Orbit (a leading housing provider in the UK, who have numerous other successful and high-quality developments in Kent) to provide much-needed affordable homes in East Kent.

The success of this scheme is being followed by another residential development at Melbourne Avenue in Ramsgate, this time to provide 55 new affordable homes.
