Project Completion: Dane Valley Arms, Margate

We are delighted to announce the completion of Dane Valley Arms, Margate. This development comprises a four-storey building featuring seven 1-bedroom and six 2-bedroom flats, alongside four 3-bedroom semi-detached houses, delivering high-quality, modern homes designed to meet a range of local housing needs.

As part of Phase 4 of Thanet District Council’s Affordable Homes Programme, Dane Valley Arms contributes to a wider initiative delivering 49 much-needed homes across four strategic locations in Thanet.

All homes have been completed to a high specification, achieving strong energy performance standards and incorporating low-carbon technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and support residents with lower energy costs.
