Project Completion - Langdon Primary School

We are pleased to have successfully completed our project at Langdon Primary School, delivered on behalf of Kent County Council.

The scheme involved the construction and full internal fit-out of a modular building, which was completed on time and ready for occupation at the start of the summer term. The new school building provides much-needed additional teaching space, supporting the school’s growing capacity.

To facilitate the space on site, we safely removed a temporary classroom and demolished an outdated classroom block, during the school holidays to minimise disruption and allow the school to move safely into their new building on time.

Following handover and occupation of the building by staff and pupils, we remained on site to complete further elements of the wider scheme. This included a package of drainage works, including the installation of deep surface water drainage, a surface water treatment plant, attenuation tanks, and deep bore soakaways.

With these works complete, our attention turned to improving the external areas. We delivered new storage facilities for the school and implemented a range of landscaping enhancements to improve the functionality and appearance of the site.

We are proud to have delivered this logistically challenging project to a high standard and on time, providing Langdon Primary School with a modern and functional learning environment that will benefit both staff and pupils for years to come.
