Project Completion - Maidstone Stroke Unit

We are delighted to have completed alterations and refurbishment works at the existing Stroke Unit at Maidstone Hospital, providing an extended bed facility and upgraded support spaces.

The works included the construction of new rooms and the refurbishment and upgrade of existing facilities. These form part of the Stroke Unit for the main hospital, and include an enlarged acute assessment bay and associated support spaces, as well as inpatient and day patient ward areas, assessment areas, clinic / consultant rooms and support spaces.

These complex works were carried out in a ‘live’ hospital environment, with a busy corridor used by staff and patients running through the middle of the works area.

This project for Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is the latest to add to our extensive NHS and healthcare portfolio, with other significant projects either on site or recently completed at various hospitals throughout Kent.
