Project Completion - New NHS staff facilities at QEQM, Margate

Working closely with the Estates team at East Kent Hospitals Trust and the project architect HMY, we were delighted to undertake the provision of new staff facilities for the hugely deserving team at the QEQM Hospital in Margate.

Completed to a very short programme, these new facilities include a modern new kitchen, staff breakout areas and dinning facilities, as well as computer workstations. The space has been transformed following the complete strip out of an existing archive store before being reformed to provide this welcoming new space.

Working in a challenging environment, our team is commended for implementing our social distancing procedures in order to complete the works safely and to exceptionally high standards.

This project is the second scheme we have finished in the last few weeks following the earlier completion of the much-needed expansion to the Emergency Department facilities at the hospital.
