Project Completion: Staner Court, Ramsgate

We are very pleased to share details of our completed project at Staner Court, Ramsgate, delivering 11 high-quality family homes as part of Phase 4 of Thanet District Council's Affordable Homes Programme. The development comprises a mix of three- and four-bedroom houses, designed to meet the needs of local families.

Built on a brownfield site, the project required carefully considered logistics and delivery methods, which were well planned and successfully executed to ensure safe and efficient delivery in a constrained environment. One of four sites redeveloped across Thanet, Staner Court forms part of a wider programme delivering 49 new affordable homes for local families.

All homes have been completed to a high specification, achieving an EPC A rating and incorporating low-carbon technologies that improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and help protect residents from fuel poverty, ensuring homes that are affordable to live in as well as to rent.

Alongside the physical build, the project placed a strong emphasis on social value, promoting the use of local labour and local businesses and supporting a wide range of community initiatives, including student site visits, work experience placements and wider community-based activities.
