Project Completion: Tomlin Drive, Margate

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of twelve new-build homes at Tomlin Drive, Margate.

The development comprises eight 3-bedroom semi-detached houses and four 4-bedroom terraced properties, providing high-quality, modern homes.

Tomlin Drive forms part of Phase 4 of Thanet District Council’s Affordable Homes Programme. Across four key sites, this phase delivers a total of 49 much-needed homes, supporting the growing housing needs of the local community.

All homes have been completed to a high specification, achieving an EPC A rating and incorporating low-carbon technologies that improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and help protect residents from rising energy costs.
