Project Progress - Buckland Hospital, Dover

Refurbishment and remodelling works are progressing at Buckland Hospital in Dover as part of our contract to deliver new and improved facilities at the busy hospital site.

Working closely with project team partners, 2gether Support Solutions, Murphy Phillips, Gardiner & Theobald and Sweco, this project for East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT NHS) will be completed over three phases.

The main aspects of the work will see the existing pharmacy building transformed into a state-of-the-art MRI Suite and an existing unused space within the hospital being used to provide an Urgent Treatment Centre.

With the work being delivered to a rapid programme, these enhanced care facilities are the latest in a series of projects for the EKHUFT NHS carried out by our team who are highly experienced in delivering projects of this nature within live hospital environments.
